The room I stayed in had a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with shower. It felt like I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The double room I booked had a balcony, and I absolutely loved sitting out there and enjoying the view of the garden. It was a perfect spot to relax. The dormitory room had a desk, making it convenient for me to catch up on some work during my stay. It was a great setup for a solo traveler like me. The garden views from the dormitory room were delightful. It felt refreshing to wake up to such a beautiful sight every morning.
I wasn't a big fan of the air conditioning in the double room. It was a bit too chilly for my liking, but others might enjoy the coolness.

The value for money at this cute little hotel was great. The room was cozy and the location was convenient, despite the uphill walk. The staff, especially the lady who spoke English, were incredibly helpful and friendly.
The breakfast menu could use some improvement, maybe adding more options to choose from.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in this city. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, despite the language barrier. The cleanliness of the hotel exceeded my expectations, with spacious and clean rooms. The location was perfect, as it was not far from the center and the square, making it convenient to explore the city. Additionally, the free breakfast provided each morning was delicious and satisfying.
Nothing to mention.

It's a great spot for some fun and relaxation. The kids loved the water slides and the playground, and my wife and I enjoyed lounging by the pool and sipping on refreshing drinks. The atmosphere was lively and the staff was friendly, making it a memorable experience for all of us.
In my wife's opinion, it would have been even better if there were more shaded areas at the Camino Maya Rec Center.

I had a great time exploring the city during my stay. The hotel's central location made it convenient to visit the main attractions, try out local restaurants, and access the bus stations easily. the staff were very friendly and accommodating, making my experience even more enjoyable.
I did face some communication issues due to the staff's limited English proficiency.

The hotel's location was very convenient, making it easy to explore the nearby attractions. The room I stayed in was in a semi basement, which provided a nice, cool temperature. The staff at the hotel were helpful, despite the language barrier. They assisted me with planning sightseeing tours and even arranged a departure shuttle. The rooftop access was a nice touch, with laundry lines and hammocks available for guests to use.
There could be more seating options in the common areas, as well as additional kitchen facilities such as fridge storage.
